
We've no clue who this band is or just why they want to flood our
inbox with mp3's and concert dates and press releases, but we suspect it
has something to do with ROCK. Apparently they were on P.O.D.'s indie
label Rescue Records at one point and have put out somewhere between 2
and 15 albums, but we can only find two listed on iTunes, Realize and Sink Your Teeth ep.

Stryper have just posted the first single from The Covering, "Heaven and Hell".
Grab your copy of the digital download on iTunes.
"Heaven and Hell" is a long-running song by Stryper standards,
clocking in at 6 minutes 13 seconds (47 seconds shorter than the
original version), right between "Reason for the Season" at 6 minutes 30
seconds and "Keep the Fire Burning" at 6 minutes and 8 seconds making
this the second longest song Stryper have released to date.

The
legendary Buddy Rich had a love for drumming that spanned nearly seven
decades. Buddy remains one of the best and most respected jazz drummers
of all time long after his death in '87 due to heart failure following a
surgery for a malignant brain tumor.

Anyone who was a fan of the Rock/Metal scene in the 80's and 90's has no
doubt heard of the visual expression that is none other than Living
Colour. Best known for their break-out classic, "Cult of Personality,"
Living Colour remains a rare bread as to this day there exists very few
all-black hard rock bands, and currently none in the mainstream of
music. Although Living Colour is still in play and right now supporting
their 2009 offering, The Chair In The Doorway, they've softened
quite a bit from their debut release, Vivid and taken a more
free-form approach to rock music following the leading of drummer Will
Calhoun.
