Indeed, the peculiarity of this supergroup has arrived enFull -
CD (or download). And not a moment too soon. Apparatjik have been well at
work since we first reported
on it way back in October of 2008.
We Are Here is an appreciable mix of electronica-inspired,
'strange-pop.' If you were into Mew before this supergroup formed, you
should be well - 'er should I say mal-adjusted to the "uniqueness" of
Apparatjik. I cannot pin-point much Coldplay influence, but I do hear
Mags' signature artsieness throughout.

The Killers - "Hotel California."
R&R likes this Latin-flaring version of the Eagles classic,
"Hotel California." There are quite a few good songs positioned around
this Killers track on the album Classics by Rhythms
Del Mundo such as: The Queen cover "Under Pressure"
performed by Keane, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" (duh, Nirvana)
performed by Shanade, and John Lennon's unfulfilled dream, "Imagine"
performed by Jack Johnson.

A-Ha's ninth (9) disc, Foot of the Mountain lands on or about June 19th, 2009 for much of the world outside of the U.S.A.
As a long-time A-Ha fan, I have been waiting anxiously for this new
release. At first listen, the single struck me as very familiar. In two
seconds I had it.
