Anyone who was a fan of the Rock/Metal scene in the 80's and 90's has no
doubt heard of the visual expression that is none other than Living
Colour. Best known for their break-out classic, "Cult of Personality,"
Living Colour remains a rare bread as to this day there exists very few
all-black hard rock bands, and currently none in the mainstream of
music. Although Living Colour is still in play and right now supporting
their 2009 offering, The Chair In The Doorway, they've softened
quite a bit from their debut release, Vivid and taken a more
free-form approach to rock music following the leading of drummer Will
Calhoun.
