700,000+ Peg (really about 1,000,000 in all, including those that did not make it off the cutting room floor) Lite-Brite Stop-Motion Masterpiece Makes David Crowder a Happy Band - after they get over their carpel tunnel syndrome and recover from their hand surgeries that is.

I don't know about you, but most of my time spent with the Lite-Brite of my youth was chewed up trying to get those darn-little pegs into the holes. The dotted black construction paper and peg-board holes not quite lining up, would make for sore hands and dulled pegs. But once done, those unicorns and rainbows sure were sweet!

Thanks to some semi-transparent Lite-Brite black-sheets, well over a million Lite-Brite pegs and the 80+ person crew who spent some 2,000+ hours pegging out stops for the motion on the David Crowder Band's new video, "SMS (Shine)," we can enjoy the colors without the addiction, the tax or the shame of being a toking Giant's Fan in San Fran.

No, it's no personal mandate, but it's one amazing video, a pretty sweet story that just might pull tears out of your eyes and a great song. Check it out.

Pick up "SMS (Shine)" and 16 other songs on Church Music available just about anywhere, even on iTunes.
And read up some more on the process, THERE.
And pick you up a new-fangled Lite-Brite, YONDER.

And you wanted to see how it was done? Well, here is some.

David Crowder Band - "SMS (Shine)" - Lyrics
(Verse 1)
Send me a sign
A hint, O whisper
Fill me with life
'Cause I am listening

Come break the quiet
Breathe your awakening
Bring me the light
'Cause I am fading

Surround me with the rush of angels' wings

(Chorus 1)
Shine Your light so I can see You
Pull me up, I need to be near You
Hold me, I need to feel loved
Can You overcome this heart that's overcome?

(Verse 2)
You sent a sign
The hint, O whisper
Human, divine
Everyone is listening

Death laid low
Quiet in the night is stirring

All around the rush of angels

(Bridge)
O the wonder of the greatest love has come

(Chorus 2)
Shine Your light so all can see it
Lifted up, 'cause the whole world needs it
Love has come, what joy to hear it
He has overcome, He has overcome
