Apparatjik - We Are Here

Indeed, the peculiarity of this supergroup has arrived enFull - CD (or download). And not a moment too soon. Apparatjik have been well at work since we first reported on it way back in October of 2008.
We Are Here is an appreciable mix of electronica-inspired, 'strange-pop.' If you were into Mew before this supergroup formed, you should be well - 'er should I say mal-adjusted to the "uniqueness" of Apparatjik. I cannot pin-point much Coldplay influence, but I do hear Mags' signature artsieness throughout.
We are Here was released on Feb, 1, 2010. Interestingly, it's the date of their first show (apparently A-Ha could not book a show for the night).
If you can't make it to the show: this is for you.
Many of the songs are very good given Magne A. (Magne F. of A-Ha) is currently on the Ending on a High Note farewell tour in support of the final A-Ha album Foot of the Mountain. The Apparatjik boys must be diligent digital worker droids!
We Are Here is availiable both as a CD/DVD release pre-order (for £15 or $23.9158) which also includes an instant download and a download only option (for £8 or $12.7551) which includes a credit of £8 (or $12.7551) toward The Bolshevic Box when the pre-order for that set is readied.
