Doron Giat has to be one of the best drummers in the East. His clarity and style speak volumes to his ability to control sticks and his feet. Everything he does is so well placed and seems to have been put there with careful thought and purpose.

Doron's the drummer for Project RnL that we showed you a few weeks back as well as several other groups, but he is also master of his own drum teaching school and website, www.drums.co.il The whole site is in Hebrew as Doron is from Israel, but you can still learn a lot from his teaching and solo videos because the language of music is universal, and Doron speaks music like few others. But even if you only speak Engilsh and you can only make out phrases like "traditional grip," "paradiddle," or "modern technique," don't worry as an English version of the site is on the way: www.drums.co.il/english.
