The eponymous The 88, may have been a bit delayed for it's two weeks of iTunes exclusivity, but it's better late than never.

The crafty pop-rockers, The 88 finally got around to putting out an album with their name's sake, and it's no slouch. The 88 is 11 tracks of pure rock fun.

I'd imagine it'd be rather hard to top the unforgettable, still-in-rotation "Coming Home" off of Not Only...but Also, but The 88 is going to make you smile! Well at home with their other albums, The 88 has the classic gritty, funk-based production that's custom made to order for a classic set of Sansui speakers.

I'm not so sure The 88's new spinner The 88 is so much the "Diamond in the Coal" or "The Center of the Sun," but it just may be that long-lost item you just collected from the "Lost and Found." There's nothing like a cold glass of milk. Drink your milk!
