Okay let's see, I've got what is perhaps the most eclectic tastes in music of anyone that I know of.

This one will be for a Rock band.

Maybe by the name of theFATdaggers (in reference to that story in the O.T. where the guy get's a knife in the gut (not unlike your cousin Luigi - that itself is a "Weird Al" Yankovic reference, who is indeed taking a kind-hearted jab at Ritchie Valens' La Bamba). The Guy was so fat that the knife went into his belly and could not be pulled out because it was engulfed in blubber! (Seriously check out Judges)

The drummer would be someone like Robert Sweet from Stryper.
The singer would be Neil Fallon from Clutch.
The bass player would be Gene Simmons of KISS.
And the guitarist would be someone like Phil Lynott (Thin Lizzy).

Their records would be produced by Beethoven.
